Because the evil gun did it. The gun used the person for mobility to kill people and then terminated the transport mechanism, making the female based gun transport mechanism a victim. Or.... Society has been all for empowerment of women folk. Colt made them equal long ago, and the proof is shown today, again. Women can kill as efficiently as men can. Ultimate equality of the sexes. Laws?
