I agree with this. If we could keep guns out of the hands of bad people, violence would end, we would have peace and prosperity. Unicorns would dance around the countryside. This law will do that. Unless there is an along side firearm registry, this law and all like it are unenforceable. How do you know this gun wasn't my gun? The opinions expressed in no way reflect the stance or opinion of my employer. | |||

I looked at where this guy's district is. It looks like a purple (as best) suburb of Philly. It might be hard for gun rights advocates to put a hurt on this guy. | |||

They passed this in Washington. Demonstrators passed guns back and forth in violation of the laws. The laws was taken to court and upheld. The antis claim tha 50 people were stopped from buying guns. However, when you ask them how many were arrested or taken to court..crickets. To date one person has been charged under this law. To do this, he had to confess to the police. However the gun is gone. Oh yes, so is the suspect.
