Reporter is sitting on the ground next to an emotional support King Charles Spaniel in a camp chair.

They're kissing each other on the lips. I think the dog slipped him a little tongue.
Reporter turns to camera, speaking about the dog ... dog turns to lick his own butt, quite enthusiastically.

I used to let my dog lick my face when I was a kid until she slipped me the tongue. That was nasty.

yes, I know it's nasty but I love it when a dog licks me in the face... and years ago I had a dog that would love to slip you the tongue when you least expected it.

there are nastier things in this life.... I've seen them and on occasion had to deal with them.
