Ahh, the old bird fryer!
Redirect solar energy to a point where anything that gets near it explodes. Sounds perfectly reasonable.
Much better tech than simply converting it to electricity. Roll Eyes
They couldn’t replace solar panels that work properly IN THE FUCKING DESERT. Let that sink in.

Hmmm. California is about to lose a fifth of its oil refining capacity due to its anti-oil climate (an ironic word here); seems like existing there is about to become even more expensive. I wonder if the news that the state is “fast tracking” more wells will set off the whackos?
