Much better tech than simply converting it to electricity.

gearhoundsHmmm. California is about to lose a fifth of its oil refining capacity due to its anti-oil climate (an ironic word here); seems like existing there is about to become even more expensive. I wonder if the news that the state is “fast tracking” more wells will set off the whackos?
