So far I’ve done a ten lb pork shoulder, salmon, shrimp, chicken wings, and last night some t-bones and a ribeye.

Holy cripes steak is good on this grill.

Ribs on Sunday.

Bumping this to see if anyone has any up to date recommends. I just started researching today, I am going to look at the Green Mountains today. The Camp Chef with the sear box sounds very interesting.

I am also considering a propane box smoker, anyone have a good one?

I smoked for a long time on a big barrel smoker, it worked great unless it was raining or windy, made it hard to maintain a temp. Leaving the house while using it was not an option
