ABOUT THE MISSION:
On Dec. 7, 1941, Henry Glenn Tipton was assigned to the USS Oklahoma, which was moored at Ford Island, Pearl Harbor, when the ship was attacked by Japanese aircraft. The USS Oklahoma sustained multiple torpedo hits, which caused it to quickly capsize. The attack on the ship resulted in the deaths of 429 crewmen, including Seaman First Class Henry Glenn Tipton.

On Feb. 21, 2018 — Through the work of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency, the remains of Seaman 1st Class Henry G. Tipton were accounted for.

Delta Cargo is off of Winchester, 2nd road on your left once you cross under runway.
Seaman 1st Class Tipton is being flown into Memphis Airport

Riders from Tennessee will receive Seaman 1st Class Tipton at the Delta cargo dock with honors and transport him to Riders from Arkansas at the weigh station in West Memphis Arkansas.

Thank you Seaman 1st Class Tipton for your sacrifice to the cause of liberty. I hope after all is done you can see that the rest of your fellow citizens earned it by living a moral life in liberty.
