IDK, that, but the gym owner ran for Congress and just so happened to get pulled over for a SUSPECTED DUI. That killed his election possibility. Given he has a DUI homicide/manslaughter conviction back in his college days. Most assumed it was a bogus setup by his democrat opponent.
