Thinking this will be the year we do a ramada and an outdoor kitchen. Right now I'm picturing a back wall with three sides open. L shaped counter for the grill and bar stool seating. The remainder will be left open for our fire table and patio chairs. Outdoor flat screen for the back wall and ceiling fans. Any grill recommendations or other ideas? Pics of your setup?

After doing commercial F&B service work for years and using a two-burner commercial "hot plate" rigged up outside, I'd vote to find room for a similar two-burner appliance on its dedicated counter space. Great for pan-frying up a quick steak, fried foods, an amazing sear ...

I've got an older version of the APW Wyott HHP-212 Natural Gas Heavy Duty 2 Burner Countertop 12" Range / Hot Plate - 60,000 BTU total output. Set sideways upon a roll-out shelf in an old rollup-door lateral file cabinet.
