Physical things like a kid would ask for that maybe you’ll get someday or maybe you just get to daydream about the possibility. I know we all have other well wishes for non-material things but I’m not asking about those as they can bring up difficult subjects.
It’s funny how sometimes the wanting is even more fun than the having. Looking through some old Sears Wishbooks brought back tons of memories doing just that this time of year.
I know Santa’s not bringing me a new watch since those daydreams have gotten pricy, but I think I would add one to the list just to give me a reason to think about it. A shotgun might make the list if I could decide on a particular model.
Socks and underwear could probably go on everyone’s list but that stuffs so boring.
Holiday Reeses definitely make my list even though they are bad for me.

Skins2881I'd ask for a two week vacation and a person to do my work in my absence. I took Monday and Tuesday off and came back to 160+ emails and 25 work orders.
I'd really love a vacation with no stress/anxiety on the return to work.

Not to be a downer but this used to be my favorite time of the year, and it still is but I see a lot of people who just can't afford it for their young children.In a way that makes me a little sad this time of the year.
