BS-3595-C401. In Theory, this will be the "seal" verifying that I am an attorney, and when I was licensed/the authority was last contacted, and confirmed it to be active.

Start with the City Managers office, be specific about what you need to discuss, likely someone there will guide you to the proper person.

Have to say our city has been pretty responsive when I've contacted them about issues.
