I have a client who is getting bombed online by a person not related to her business, and now they are giving phone number to drug rehab sites etc. I need to get this reported properly and stopped.

Are there any good reputation defenders online I see lots but don't have any experience with any of them.

If you can ID the person doing this, see if your local court will issue a restraining order. If the court does, further harassment will be a violation of Florida law. The statute that applies is 784.048.

I know who the person is, but they use an IP hider so linking all the info together is going to be difficult. I am aware of the cyber stalking statute, but actually getting LE to give a shit is kind of hard, where there is no money lost to date. I don't really blame them as there are bigger fish to fry but this is really hurting business and I need to get it stopped.

If you want to get what you need to ID the guy for legal purposes (restraining order, some sort of tort action, etc.), I've heard good things about Digital Forensics Corp. from one of the investigators that I use often.
