Yet, it still won't matter. Generating adequate power is one thing (and something California has completely failed to accomplish), but the actual 'grid', the power distribution infrastructure, is wholly inadequate to carry all that addition power to end users. No way by 2035 California manages to completely overhaul the 'grid'
and find an adequate, acceptable, source of energy to meet the demand. In layman's terms, if you continue to live in California, you are completely screwed.
