Presidential pardons only apply to federal crimes, not state or local. That's why New York state was going after TRump's tax records. Any prosecution could not have been pardoned at the federal level, only Cuomo would have that power. | |||

All's great (?) here today. Governor has just extended the stay at home order until June 12th. And Kwame Kilpatrick is rumored to be released from the pen, Mayor of Detroit Duggan has said he will help him get a fresh start. You just can't make this shit up. Methinks that the Governor will continue extending the stay at home order until the extra 600 dollars a week from the Federal Government ends.
