What kind of high end trailer parks do you folks have out there anyway? A golf course on site? That's fannnnnnncccy!
Zellwood Station is a golf / manufactured home community right across the highway from Our Little Airport. Gated community, uniformed security guard at the entrance, manufactured homes, golf course, restaurant. Senior living, 55+.
When I had better mobility, prior to fracturing my hip, my wife and I played there a few times.

This is what happens when the USGA changes the rules of golf. Probably all started because one guy out of the foursome wanted to leave the flag in, after spending more than 2 minutes searching for his cheapie Top Flite.

Santa Maria is not a particularly happening place about a half hour down the road. The wife and I just drove by that park on Friday afternoon when I had to run down there for some water system parts. It is on Taylor Street in a 70’s feeling area that appears to be populated mostly by farm laborers. I’m surprised to hear it has a golf course.

I had had to check this out on Google maps. This is truly an upscale mobile home community for seniors. Looks half decent and has a par 3 golf course and community pool.

I just looked at the place on Google Maps. The “golf course” is a little nine-hole pitch and putt area completely enclosed by the development that would probably fit inside two football fields.
That had to be quite a sight for the residents to watch.
