I just bought a new computer and the right click "save as" button for jpeg pictures does not work in my photo viewer, it only gives extensions for tif and tiff. I called Microsoft and got nowhere. did a search and there are many complaints about this problem. Has anyone here had this issue? if so is there a fix ?

There are a lot of options including changing file associations and change default program.

What photo viewer are you using? I would just download a different viewer that isn't from Microsoft and move on. Pick one.
