Red Sox bullpen is suspect to say the least. I don't like the Yanks starting pitching but they are my team. However, I think the Stros win again this year

Astros looking good to sweep the Tribe. Gonna have to walk thru the Yankees or the Sox again. I hope Atlanta knocks off the Dodgers.

Well, not only do the Indians get swept, but they fully embarrass themselves in the final game at home today. Yet another year of under-performing.

Astros better get serious, or this will slip away this year.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Milwaukee has big mo behind them. I listen to the Brewers home feed with Bob Ueker doing play by play and it's a real treat. Ueker is a pro's pro and he speaks freely.

Roberto Asuna came to Houston under a black cloud, and after the grand slam to Jackie Bradley Jr tonight, effectively ending the game for the Stro's, isn't doing anything to improve his stock with the Houston faithful.

This series is far from over though given the pitching and firepower of that Astro's squad.

Former Nat starting rotation pitcher Gio Gonzalez is finally getting his shot at a ring. I'm going to have to side with the Brewers in this one.

Interesting, I guess. Somehow I doubt that had much to do with the Indians being swept. https://articles.cleveland.com..._boston_red_s_77.amp

Machado needs to wear one in the ear hole the next time he comes up and the game is not on the line. The two plays the other night were just Bush League on the slides but trying to take out the ankle at 1st base is just being a thug.

Amen brother. He's shown what a classless punk he is in this series. Would love to see him fined for the first base deal.

Machado is making a habit of kicking basemen as he goes by. He needs a reminder not to do that.

I’m a Dodgers fan, and I completely agree with what you guys are saying about Machado

As much as I love him as a player, I can’t abide the thuggery

When Corey Seager is healthy next year I will be interested to see if the dodgers resign machado

And I’m glad we won, but staying up to damn near 3am is killing me

Hopefully Kershaw has a better outing today and we go back to Milwaukee up 3-2

I think it’s moot though....I think the AL team wins the series. Probably in 5 games.

I don't think that was ever a consideration

With Sabre metrics you never know....the way the Dodgers and brewers are playing this series is a glimpse into the future of baseball. The dodgers had a rookie of the year in Cody Bellinger playing first base and went out and got Max Muncy and Bellinger last night probably saved the game playing right field and then hit the walk off

If you could get away with seager at second and keep machado at short I think they’d do it

But I suspect Seager will be back and machado will be gone and that money will be invested in middle relief and someone to (as much as it hurts me to say this) replace Kershaw when his back finally fails for good

I agree. I like the old school approach of pitchers taking care of business( as long as it is from the shoulders down). What a classless move.
