All 9 Antifa assholes convicted on federal terrorism charges on the attack of the Ice Detention Center in Fort Worth on July 4th last year. The ringleader popped for attempted murder. I feel like if we had more convictions like this a few years back our country would be a lot calmer right now!

I agree 100%. The problem is that most of the trouble starts in democratic controlled territory, and they're not gonna prosecute any revolutionary scumbagsm like these.

Thank God the trial happened in Ft Worth.

From what I read, the main guy (Song) who shot the officer faces a minimum sentencing of 20 years and max of life. The others face a minimum of 10 years and a max of 40-60 years. Hopefully they throw the book at these terrorists.

I agree, protests are legal and protected speech. However as soon as you start throwing rocks, bottles, fire works, or live rounds down range, you are no longer protesting. Charges will follow in the ultimate demonstration of FAFO

Tom Homan Is Already Making Moves Now That a New DHS Director Is on the Way

Border czar Tom Homan is reportedly cultivating a relationship with Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) after President Donald Trump tapped him as the new Department of Homeland Security Secretary.

The border czar appears eager to establish a working rapport with the incoming DHS chief after a contentious relationship with Kristi Noem, who Mullin is replacing.

"Tensions between border czar Tom Homan and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem ran so high over the last year that they barely spoke. Homan is determined to avoid a repeat.

Homan is making a concerted effort to quickly build a relationship with Oklahoma Sen. Markwayne Mullin, President Donald Trump’s pick to replace Noem at the Department of Homeland Security, according to three people close to the administration who are familiar with the efforts. The border czar has already introduced Mullin to key Trump allies, as well as players in the immigration policy space, as the senator gears up to take the reins at the sprawling government agency responsible for some of the president’s top policy priorities.

It’s a way for Homan, a 40-year veteran of immigration enforcement, to exert his influence and serve as an adviser to the White House and DHS, hovering between both worlds. It’s how Homan allies hoped his border czar role would work when Trump returned to office, but his toxic relationship with Noem — and her senior adviser Corey Lewandowski — froze him out of key decisions, fueling a disjointed enforcement effort."

When Noem was in charge of the agency, she and Homan reportedly clashed on how the White House should handle President Donald Trump’s mass deportation efforts.

"Homan and Noem had vastly different ideas about how to approach the president’s immigration enforcement agenda. Homan — an immigration hardliner and the architect of the Trump administration’s 2018 family separation policy — took issue with Noem’s flashy approach across U.S. cities, which resulted in clashes with community members and protesters, ultimately doing little to significantly advance the administration’s deportation goals.

Though Homan maintained relationships inside the White House, the border czar was often sidelined in top-level DHS discussions about the administration’s interior enforcement strategy. That shifted last month after federal agents in Minneapolis killed two U.S. citizens, causing a swift political backlash against Trump’s immigration agenda. The president removed Noem, and her ally, then-Border Patrol commander at-large Gregory Bovino, and deployed Homan to Minneapolis to work with local officials and ease tensions."

Mark Morgan, who headed Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under Trump’s first term, told Politico that Homan will “be able to actually carry out the role of the border czar that it was originally intended to do, that Kristi and Corey [Lewandowski] literally cut him off from doing.”

He further noted that Mullin would “utilize Tom in the role that the border czar was designed for and to seek his guidance, to seek his knowledge, to see his expertise.”

A previous Politico report detailed the power struggle between Noem and Homan.

Trump announced on March 5 that Noem would be stepping down and that he would nominate Mullin as her replacement. The nominee’s confirmation hearing before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee is set to begin on Wednesday.

ICE is not at BWI (Baltimore-Washington International) airport so the lines this morning were 3.5 to 4 hours to get thru the TSA checkpoint.

The key to enforcement is to punish the violator, not an inanimate object. The punishment of inanimate objects for the commission of a crime or carelessness is an affront to stupidity.

almost right

but you DO NOT have the right to protest

you DO have the right to peacefully assemble and state your case

From a recent and pathetic ‘no kings’ protest, and I hope that getting peppered with less-than-lethal rounds and taking a police horse’s knee to your gut a couple of times and getting your shin and back kicked by its mighty hoof hurt A LOT!

The mounted police officer was too kind to not command his steed to stomp on the twerpy POS a couple of times.

Obama-Appointed Judge Dismisses Kilmar Abrego Garcia Charges
By Nicole Silverio, The Daily Caller • May. 22, 2026

DCNF(The Daily Caller)—A judge appointed by former President Barack Obama dismissed the charges against Kilmar Abrego Garcia in a Friday court decision.

Abrego Garcia became the center of a deportation debate after President Donald Trump’s administration mistakenly deported him to El Salvador and later defended their actions given his alleged criminal background. U.S. District Judge Waverley D. Crenshaw dropped all the criminal charges brought against Abrego Garcia.

“For the reasons in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, the motion to dismiss the indictment under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 12(b)(3)(A)(iv) (Doc. No. 104) is GRANTED,” Crenshaw wrote. “Counts One and Two of the inducement (Doc. No. 3) are DISMISSED.”

Abrego Garcia, who illegally entered the U.S. from El Salvador in 2011, faced federal charges of human smuggling and conspiracy to commit human smuggling. The charges stemmed from a traffic stop by Tennessee Highway Patrol in December 2022, where Abrego Garcia was found transporting eight passengers across the country. He allegedly did not have a valid driver’s license and was suspected of trafficking the passengers, though he was let go at the FBI’s request.

The car belonged to an illegal immigrant named Jose Ramon Hernandez-Reyes, who was sent to prison in 2020 for human smuggling.

In December 2019, the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed Abrego Garcia’s challenge to an immigration judge’s finding that he is “a verified member of MS-13,” according to documents released by the Department of Justice on April 16. Officers found Abrego Garcia loitering in a Home Depot parking lot on March 28, 2019, wearing “a Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie with rolls of money covering the eyes, ears and mouth of the presidents on the separate denominations,” which represents a “good standing” with MS-13.

Although an immigration judge ordered for Abrego Garcia to be deported, he received a withholding of removal which allowed him to work in the U.S.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) also released a domestic violence restraining order previously sought by Abrego Garcia’s wife in 2021.

Does this mean the DOJ appeals the case, or do they need to start from scratch and charge this criminal all over again?

Ignore the judge and deport him anyway. Whats the judge going to do? Hang its gavel again but harder.

If the judge is serious, let the judge take him home.
