Have my F85 treadmill for almost 7 years. Recently, it started to make clunk clunk clunk noise. A quick call to their service/warranty department. The lady said, "Turn it on, let me hear it". Clunk clunk clunk...... "Stop! Stop! Stop! The motor bearing is gone. I'm sending you a new one, and I'll walk you through replacing it." Couldn't ask for anything better.

I picked a used one of CL. It was expensive for a used treadmill but I think the Sole brand are worth it. Deck is solid, not springy like other brands consumer models.

We have had a Sole Eliptical for 8 years and used extensively by my wife and I. I will get another when we do wear this out.
