Some of you may remember my
New Watch Time thread about 3 months ago. Well, I've been putting it off, and my wife asked me what I wanted for our anniversary, so I told her a watch. Well, our anniversary was yesterday, and not that it's any surprise to anyone, but Dave came through!
(Casio G-Shock Mudmaster GWG-2000)
My wife doesn't really know much about my imaginary friends here, so this was the first time she dealt with any of them. She could not possibly have been more impressed with the way Dave and his staff handled her! She is learning just how unique this community here is.

Thus the metric system did not really catch on in the States, unless you count the increasing popularity of the nine-millimeter bullet.

I took the time to share with her your post about your dad and how you got to the US, as well as an old news article about your gig as unofficial Air Marshall as well.
