I had a chance to roast my first coffee beans with the help of Jeff Yarchin. It is something I always wanted to do. Jeff was kind enough to send his cast iron pot and advice and best place to purchase beans. There is a learning curve, but after the first roast it was clear what I needed to do to improve. I thought roasting was the important process, but also getting the chaff out of the colander is something of a fine touch. The squirrels have a few beans to munch on now. Thanks Jeff for your generosity and guidance. Rich Living the Dream

I would also like to thank Jeff. E-mailed him the other night (late) about buying another dog leash. He replied right away and said to call the shop in the morning which I did. Leash should be here early next week. _____________
