Four people were shot in Chicago between Thursday and early Friday,
including a man killed by a concealed carry owner in the parking lot of a Target on the South Side .
The fatal shooting occurred at about 8 p.m. in the parking lot shared by Target and Fifth Third Bank in the 1900 block of West 33rd Street in the McKinley Park neighborhood, police said.
A 27-year-old man told police he shot another man, 21, who tried to rob him at gunpoint, police said. The man was shot in the back and chest and pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital, police said. Two guns were recovered from the car.

GWbikerImpossible. Chicago has a strict gun control policy which prevents ordinary folks from legally owning a firearm.
So, these shootings are merely rumors.

The democrats will declare that a huge victory by claiming the violence crime is way down from the year before.
Of course it's the same theory they use when they cheer gun sales are down 30 percent from the prior year. of course they NEVER detail how both the gun sales and the homicide rate went up two hundred percent that prior year.

Not a lot of detail on the concealed carry shooting, but they appear to make the robbery suspect a "shooting victim". Of course.
