How big of a bigger boat are you upgrading to? I know someone that’s got a pretty large one on the market for a relative steal. I believe it’s located in Ft. Lauderdale right now.

24-27ft.

I’ve got a 21ft now

Looking at some of the hybrid hulls. So far the Everglades 243 or 253 check all the boxes

Has to be towable with my 4runner as I’m in hurricane alley (253 is pushing it by 1000# over rating with trailer)

I am not a Yacht broker, but am in the yachting industry. Yacht Captain and owner of a Yacht management business. Generally you're going to deal with a yacht dealer when it comes to a boat that size, although some used ones are listed by brokers. Everglades makes a quality boat in that size. My friend owns the Scout dealership, if those interest you. If not give me a bit to think about who would best serve your needs. I'm in Ft. Lauderdale area, what area are the boats you're interested in?

Thanks for the comment

Mind if I send an email with my number and we can talk?

I’m looking all over the place for the right boat at right price point. There’s one on Merritt island that’s exactly what I’m looking for, just a bit more than budget. I’ll drive and tow back or have shipped. I know what I’m looking at is not an inexpensive proposition

I met snwghst last weekend. I thought about it and actually have a customer that has a super clean boat that's nicer, slightly larger, and more capable than the one he was interested in. My customer wasn't actively selling it, but would. I took him on a 3 hour boat ride and we stopped for lunch and had a great time and looks like it will work out perfectly for him.

We see Robalo here too - similar to Everglade boats. Both have Yamaha outboards from what I can recall. Wellcraft seems to be moving into that market and using their Scarab stickers.

For center consoles, Sunsation is local here and far more than you want.

Good luck. We are on the water as often as we can be.

I own a Bluewater 25. Depends on what you want - twin engines or single? New or lightly used? Fishing or “Family”? Hybrid bay boat? Yamaha, Mercury or Suzuki? I’m biased on Bluewater as have had since 2004 and just repowered with Twin 200s, but lots of great boats in the market. Also gets confusing - my 25 is actually 28’ with bracket and same size as the newer Contender 27, but the older Contender 27 is 31 feet overall...

If looking for a good ride, some nice catamaran boats like Prowler. One warning - the market is crazy right now with prices up and boats to buy in short supply.
