And then figure out how to select as non-biased as possible, a committee to determine who and how to charge, all those that are culpable in this fiasco.
Anyone found guilty on merit, should be banned from ever holding any office of public trust.
Perhaps, when Wal-Mart shit cans self checkouts for good, some of these people may apply for those jobs.
Dead, serious.
The judge(s) in these cases could have requested the footage if they wanted. The judges should be run out of town on a rail.

Did the one who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt get that message?
Are you saying they weren’t told to stand down? Have you not seen the videos of the Capitol police acting as tour guides leading the protesters through the halls and checking which doors were open? Did you not see the Viking shaman walking through groups of Capitol police with no one stopping him?
So you tell me. You don’t think the Capitol police were told to stand down or the one who killed Ashli Babbitt not get the message?

We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. I don’t think it’s a judge’s role to work for either side’s case, right? Why didn’t the defendants’ lawyers asked for the tapes?

Certainly, those who did damage, stole items, should (have been) be held accountable.
I should have made that distinction. I was speaking to all those who are held under the BS façade of "Insurrection".
This was/is political warfare against free citizens.
And while we still have the ability to set this straight within the laws and operation of our government, I desire it and hope we can pull out of the stall, and not turn into a smoking hole at the end of a spiral.

From what I read elsewhere, this man was cuffed for "assaulting" a Capitol Police officer.

Now let’s investigate the J6 Committee.

It also appears that members of the J6 Committee may have destroyed as much as half of the records collected during their investigation.

It's about time the tapes are being released, but I doubt anybody's going to have to answer for one of the biggest frauds perpetrated on the American people.
We already KNEW that the feds had plants in among the so-called insurrectionists. We already KNEW that the J6 committee deliberately withheld any evidence that didn't fit their narrative. Yet this farce was allowed to continue.
They don't even care anymore that we know they're lying to us.

This set up is the sort of thing the soviets did. Is there anything the Left doesn’t lie about?

They don't lie about their hatred for the founding of this country.
Make no mistake, they truly hate this country, and people like us that make it work, and love their country.

Also posted this in the thread about the DOJ going after those outside the Capitol on J6; I think this is a big deal.
Speaking of “justice.”
There are a few threads going that this could go into. Tom Fitton owns and runs Judicial Watch, which does its best to hold the federal government, elected and appointed officials to the Constitution.
Fitton posted on X
quote:
At 2:45 p.m., or within one minute after shooting Ashli, Lt. Byrd made the following radio call:
405B. We got shots fired in the lobby. We got shots shots fired in the lobby of the House chamber. Shots are being fired at us and we’re sh, uhh, prepared to fire back at them. We have guns drawn. Please don’t leave that end. Don’t leave that end.
Approximately 35 seconds later, Lt. Byrd made another radio call, stating, “405B. We got an injured person. I believe that person was shot.” In fact, no shots were fired at Lt. Byrd or his fellow officers. The only shot fired was the single shot Lt. Byrd fired at Ashli. He heard the loud noise of the gunshot. He saw her fall backwards from the window frame.
The facts speak truth. Ashli was ambushed when she was shot by Lt. Byrd. Multiple witnesses at the scene yelled, 'you just murdered her.'
Lt. Byrd was never charged or otherwise punished or disciplined for Ashli’s homicide.
