Since Biden's the outgoing President it's not AF1 its SAM (Special Air Mission) and the tail number, yes it's the same equipment but the former POTUS no longer gets the AF designator

Trump also made a bold claim regarding the individuals pardoned by Biden.

He stated that those who received pardons were now compelled to testify and could not invoke the Fifth Amendment.

James Carville on Joe Biden “No One Wants to Hear From This Guy Anymore”

Carville said he hopes Biden helps his party by getting out of the way since “no one wants to hear from” him anymore.

Carville started the segment by criticizing Biden for refusing to leave the 2024 race earlier and also for claiming, after Kamala Harris was trounced in November, that he could have beaten President Trump if he had stayed in the race.

“And this kind of petty back and forth, ‘Oh I would have beat Trump,’ and no one fucking believes that at all.”

“Then fighting with Jill Biden and Alexandra Pelosi,” Carville said, referring to recent remarks from Nancy Pelosi’s daughter, Alexandra Pelosi, criticizing Jill Biden.

Carville called Joe “one of the most tragic stories of American politics in my lifetime” and any future role he might play would be negative.

“Well, this is the kind of truth of where we are,” Carville said.

“We all know Biden. Actually, you and I know him personally. And I think it’s fair to say that we’re long-time, at some level, admirers of Joe Biden.”

“What he’s done to himself is, no one wants to hear from this guy anymore, OK?”

“Just go to your condo in Rehoboth and stay there.”

“And that’s not because we’re bad people, or we’re mean people. It was all his doing, all his doing, this entire thing.”

It's true that nobody wants to hear anything from Joe ever again, but when was the last time Carville ran a campaign? I'm pretty sure no one in the modern Democrat party is asking his opinion on anything. Although I will say that some of his rants are good entertainment.
