Since Biden's the outgoing President it's not AF1 its SAM (Special Air Mission) and the tail number, yes it's the same equipment but the former POTUS no longer gets the AF designator

So they received this from a Chinese Communist Party company - it is apparently the oldest private equity fund in all of China. While Biden was Vice President and then President?
