Can someone please assist Mr. Biden in locating the proper door tomorrow so that he is not discovered wandering around in a bathroom or closet middle of next week?

There are several “failed Amendments” As example, the Slavery Amendment was submitted in 1861. Known as the “ Corwin Amendment,” it protected slavery. Although there was no deadline, the last vote was in 1865.
The ERA failed ratification but was given a 3 year extension. This was never done before. However, following the extension, several states voted to rescind their ratifications. These were:
Idaho
Kentucky
Nebraska
South Dakota
Tennessee
The ERA failed ratification. You can argue it ran out of time, or it didn’t have enough votes. Those that argue it’s part of the Constitution have the mental capacity of Joe Biden

You could see that coming a mile away.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see a few more before he slithers away, for himself and others close by.

linerA pardon is an admission of guilt of a crime. By accepting Biden's pardons, the Democrats are admitting they are guilty of crimes. These crimes must now be fully investigated and exposed.

heydrichBy accepting the pardons, they also waive the right to the 5th Amendment.
I can't wait for this shit for brains, to pack up his diaper bag, and take his crackhead son and his empress wife and get the hell out of our house!
Also take that mutt faced second mattress Camel Toe and kick her the f**k out as well.
Then hopefully they will all be relegated to the the trash bin of society and history!

VBVAGUYI am not a law expert / scholar, so can anyone confirm that this means that the President CANNOT perform preemptive pardons as stated here. Thank you and God Bless !!!

https://x.com/zerohedge/status...iley-jan-6-committee...in these flailing hours of Biden's presidency, he has issued a large-scale pre-emptive pardon for his various NeverTrump henchmen (and henchwomen) that have done his (or his puppet master's) bidding for the past four years.
As AP reports, it’s customary for a president to grant clemency at the end of his term, but those acts of mercy are usually offered to everyday Americans who have been convicted of crimes.
But Biden has used the power in the broadest and most untested way possible: to pardon those who have not even been investigated yet.
And with the acceptance comes a tacit admission of guilt or wrongdoing, even though those who have been pardoned have not been formally accused of any crimes.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

As I understand it, a pardon can be given only for actions in the past. A pardon can cover past crimes not yet charged. Thus these pardons appear valid.
But future crimes cannot be pardoned. So these people can still be charged if they lie under oath in future investigations, or if they obstruct justice (e.g. destroy documentation).
It is infuriating to me that these people can't be held to account for their obvious crimes, but with good strategy we can still get to the truth of what they did. And if they screw up then they can still end up in prison.

bigwagonThey can say whatever they want in a statement, but the issuance and acceptance of these pardons is 100 percent an admission of guilt for crimes that should have been charged but now won't be.

President Biden pardons his siblings just minutes before leaving office
President Biden pardoned his siblings just minutes before leaving office on Monday.
The pardon applies to James Biden, Sara Jones Biden, Valerie Biden Owens, John Owens, and Francis Biden, the White House announced. The president argues that his family could be subject to "politically motivated investigations" after he leaves office.
"I believe in the rule of law, and I am optimistic that the strength of our legal institutions will ultimately prevail over politics. But baseless and politically motivated investigations wreak havoc on the lives, safety, and financial security of targeted individuals and their families," Biden said in a statement.
"Even when individuals have done nothing wrong and will ultimately be exonerated, the mere fact of being investigated or prosecuted can irreparably damage their reputations and finances," Biden added.
...
Biden had repeatedly vowed that he would not intervene on his son's behalf, but he issued a blanket pardon regardless. The president later claimed that he had broken the promise after finding out Hunter had paid his back taxes.

Mustang-PaPaI thought when Trump replaced Obama that it was a great day but honestly it was nothing compared to the feeling of joy I have now that Biden and Harris are longer holding the top positions.
Good fucking bye you two pieces of shit.
I wish now that this thread and any mention of Biden/Harris is never seen or mentioned here again.
