I can't tell if Biden is just that dumb and running his fat mouth again with this whole "Trump supporters are garbage" thing or is this more purposeful and he's being vindictive and trying to screw Kamala? The timing is curious, twice now he has done this to preempt a big speech Kamala was giving.

This is my guess. You see Joe and you hear his voice but it is Jill's words. Has been this way for nearly four years. I think she could take Hillary down in a vicious, vindictive, hag cage match. This party is clearly in a deep nose dive that's going to slam into the earth in about a week. They can no longer count on each other to march in lock step which was always their greatest advantage. Knowing who to trust and whom not to trust is no longer a given.

Joe's first response to some challenge is name calling and a "so's yer old man" attitude.
He started his "garbage" comment with his also typical lying attempt to relate -- "Puerto Rico where I'm fr.... my home state of Delaware.."
This was quintessential Joe Biden. He saw a chance to be a demagogue and his instincts ruled.
I'm sure he was happy when Dr. Jill pointed out the consequences of his comments, icing on his cake.
