So the solution? The Democrats' longtime hero and leftist who worked to expand government and reduce the rights of Americans: Barack Obama.

He described the plan already being outlined to help Biden's "wounded re-election effort" involves replacing the widely disliked Kamala Harris as the vice presidential nominee with Obama, who was in the White House following 2008 and 2012 elections.

"A Biden-Obama ticket would have a much better chance of beating Trump," said John Banzhaf, a teacher at George Washington University Law School. "Barack Obama is probably one of the few persons whom a majority of Americans would want and trust as president, so Plan C might be the least objectionable of a number of very unpopular and dubious options now open to Biden and the Democratic Party."

While Americans' desire to have Biden as the Democrat nominee, or president, is collapsing, the desire for Kamala Harris is even less.

Banzhaf claimed that "constitutional scholars" would give Obama a pass on claims his position in the No. 2 slot on the Democrat nomination would violate the 12th and 22nd amendments.

"The 22nd Amendment, which is most frequently cited as a bar to Barack Obama ever serving as president again, doesn't — according to its carefully crafted and very narrow exclusionary language," Banzhaf alleged.

The Examiner reported, "The key sentence in the amendment says, 'No person shall be elected to the office of the president more than twice, and no person who has held the office of the president, or acted as president, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected president shall be elected to the office of the president more than once.'"

Banzhaf said that language "doesn't prohibit him from being elected as vice president, and subsequently becoming president by succession without ever being elected to the office again."

All the grievance groups and Identitarians that they courted, pumped-up and pushed up on stage, are now seeing politics in all its raw forms....and they're going to be sidelined as the party seats are all under threat.
