It is morbidly fascinating, like watching a series of blooper clips of mixed-up football players tackling their own teammates, or getting disoriented and running the wrong way down the field. Scoffing democrat partisans will pooh-pooh this video and point to increasingly-rare moments of Biden clarity, which admittedly can sometimes happen during the exact same speech where the former Vice President forgets where he is or falls over a beanbag.

Dementia patients are well-known for having good days and bad days, good moments and bad moments. Just because Biden is occasionally lucid and seems like “his old self,” does not mean he is competent to do the most demanding job in the world.

Here’s a serious question. Would you let your grandmother drive in this condition? Of course not. You’d take away her driver’s license for her own protection. Sorry Nana. It’s better this way. Should someone who can’t safely drive his convertible Camaro down the street to Martha’s Vineyard Frozen Custard have access to the nuclear football?

Democrats will bark that these days you don’t elect a man, you elect a team. But if we are really electing Biden’s team, and not just him, then let us meet the team. The team should be running for President along with — or instead of — Joe Biden.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

FJB's handlers are trying to troll us, plain and simple. Do you really think this dementia-addled fool has any clue about the "Dark Brandon" meme let alone is still up at that time of night?

And him complaining about Shrinkflation is really hilarious given it's HIS own failed policies and HIM pushing this Ukraine war into happening that is causing all this in the first place.

The democrats are getting increasingly desperate- The Hill, an arguably left leaning source spells it out. It’s becoming increasingly obvious that his mental state is a severe issue to them, and they are increasingly testing the waters on dumping him. We can only hope he’s too demented at this point to do as he’s told and fight to stay in the drivers seat after his license has been taken away.

The Memo: Democratic panic deepens after dismal moment for Biden

Democrats are still reeling from a dismal day for President Biden on Thursday.

The report from Special Counsel Robert Hur that characterized Biden as a “well meaning, elderly man with a poor memory” was followed by a fractious White House news conference at which the president — seeking to shore up concerns about his cognitive state — misidentified the president of Egypt as the president of Mexico.

There is no escaping the intertwined issues of Biden’s age and mental acuity now. Polling has been showing for months those topics are among the top concerns of voters.

Some Democrats are no longer bothering to minimize the gravity of the situation, with a presidential election — almost certainly against former President Trump — just nine months away.

“Whatever language you use, I have not had a single person say, ‘Well, this really worked out well,’” James Carville told this column. “Obviously this has been a bad 48 hours here.”

Carville, best known for his central role in former President Clinton’s 1992 election campaign, added that Democrats were now looking to interventions from the Supreme Court, or a criminal conviction for Trump, in the hope that such developments would shift the election in Biden’s favor.

“We’re officially in Hail Mary mode here,” he said.

A different Democratic strategist, who asked for anonymity, chose a similarly dire metaphor.

“We’re at a DefCon One situation,” the strategist said.

“I think between the catastrophic Special Counsel report and the more catastrophic press conference that followed, and the even more catastrophic attacking of the Special Counsel for the report, they are magnifying and dismissing the concerns that the overwhelming majority of Americans have about Biden — including a lot of Democrats.”

Meanwhile, in a CNN appearance Friday, Paul Begala — who rose to political fame along with Carville during the 1992 Clinton campaign — described himself as a “Biden supporter” but continued, “I slept like a baby last night. I woke up every two hours and wet the bed. This is terrible for Democrats. And anybody with a functioning brain knows that.”

It’s easy to see why Democratic panic is rising.

If the election were held today, Trump — twice-impeached, four times-indicted and viewed by many Democrats as an existential threat to American democracy — would be the clear favorite.

Trump leads Biden by two points in a one-on-one match up, according to the polling average maintained by The Hill and Decision Desk HQ (DDHQ).

He leads by almost five points when independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is included.

Biden’s approval rating is mired far underwater in most polls — it’s a net negative 17 points in the weighted polling average maintained by data side FiveThirtyEight.

Abundant polling even before Thursday’s events shows the degree to which voters are worried about the 81-year-old Biden’s capacity to serve a second term effectively.

In an NBC News poll released Tuesday, 76 percent of voters — and 54 percent of Democrats — said they had concerns about Biden’s physical and mental health during a second term.

Another issue deepens Democratic gloom: the lack of any especially compelling alternative with which Biden could be replaced even at this late stage.

Plausible figures like California Gov. Gavin Newsom and Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer understandably showed no appetite to challenge an incumbent president of their own party. It would be unthinkable for Vice President Harris to do so — and she has her own vulnerabilities, including approval ratings that aren’t much different from Biden’s.

“Whether Democrats like it or not, this has become an issue,” said progressive strategist Jonathan Tasini, referring to Biden’s age and acuity.

“But the fact is that Joe Biden is not going to turn 35 all of a sudden. And he appears to be inclined to run no matter what. So I think the question is, how do you run?”

Answering his own question, Tasini suggested contrasting the Democratic positions with Republicans on issues like abortion and immigration.

On the former, Democrats have had considerable success in other election races casting themselves as defenders of reproductive choice. On the latter, Tasini suggested it should be possible to characterize the GOP as obstructionist after the proposed deal linking border security with aid to Ukraine and Israel collapsed amid Trump’s vociferous opposition this week.

Carville, for his part, contended Biden should amplify his achievements on topics like reducing drug prices and implementing some measure of student loan relief, while also promising inquires into price-gouging in the years since the COVID-19 pandemic.

For the moment, Biden’s allies seem to mostly be trying to put out the fire that the special counsel’s report ignited.

Harris at a Friday event asserted that “the way that the president’s demeanor in that report was characterized could not be more wrong on the facts — and clearly politically motivated, gratuitous.”

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters at Friday’s media briefing that the report’s commentary about Biden’s age “is something that we don’t believe lives in reality.”

But whatever the reality of Biden’s cognitive powers, the issue is not going away.

And independent observers believe the president’s own press conference was a mistake that could come to haunt him.

“It was a major unforced error,” said Tobe Berkovitz, a Boston University professor emeritus who specializes in political communications.

Referring to the double punch of the press conference and the special counsel report that preceded it, Berkovitz said the effects on the small universe of persuadable voters could be grave.

“If you were on the fence, that pushed you off the fence,” he predicted.

Well that IS the ironic part, but that phukktard is just parroting words that are programmed to come out of his cake hole when the string implanted in the back of his neck is pulled.

OK...so let's say the companies return their products to the "standard" size, to include his quart of ice cream. So does pResident Two Scoops think the price is gonna stay the same?? That moronic DOLT can't even understand the basics of Economics 101...supply and demand.

Hmm, it would be interesting seeing the "rest" of the Biden team......do they have a young female intern (or male transgender intern, I won't judge Wink ) dressed as a school girl leading "Grandpa Bad Touch" around the White House and at events? Is it different shampoos for different events to get the old pedophile up and around?

In other news, Tom Shillue does Bidet for "Half Time Show" on X:

Special Counsel Hur’s investigation revealed that Biden had a history of mishandling classified documents, dating back to at least 2010, when he misplaced a highly sensitive briefing book in the Hamptons, demonstrating a pattern of carelessness with classified materials contrary to his public stance on responsible document handling.

According to the report’s account, at the start of Biden’s vice presidency, his first Counsel, Cynthia Hogan, directed his personal aide to ensure all classified documents received by Biden were returned to the Executive Secretary team, advising against storing any classified materials in the West Wing office and emphasizing the immediate handoff of such documents.

It also notes that the team responsible for managing classified materials often struggled to retrieve briefing books from Biden daily, as he sometimes retained them for personal reference or hadn’t finished reviewing them, and, occasionally, also removed documents from the books before returning them.

Hur referenced an incident from over a decade ago where Biden apparently lost a highly sensitive “Top Secret” briefing book in the Hamptons, highlighting the document’s high-security classification, which ranks among the government’s highest levels of sensitivity:

In 2010, the Executive Secretary team raised concerns about the number of classified briefing books that Mr. Biden had not returned, and the fact that, even when they were returned, some of the content was missing. These concerns were raised with Hogan as well as Mr. Biden’s personal aide and military aides. E-mails indicate that the Executive Secretary team alerted Hogan to the issue at least in June 2010, when nearly thirty of the classified briefing books from the first six months of 2010 were outstanding, and in August 2010, when Mr. Biden failed to return Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information (also referred to as “codeword”) contents of a classified briefing book that he had received during a trip to the Hamptons, in New York. We were unable to determine whether these materials were ever recovered, although they were likely found and disposed of by military aides or naval enlisted aides

It further notes that days after the highly sensitive “codeword” book disappeared , Hogan drafted a memo in preparation for briefing Biden on proper classified material management, which included the following talking points:

“Classified information of any kind may only be reviewed or discussed in secured locations, and never in a public place such as on a train.”

“The [classified briefing] books must remain in your custody, or that of your cleared staff, at all times unless they are in your safe. Classified material must be returned to your national security staff as soon as you are finished with them.”

“Classified materials may never be left unattended, but must be secured in an appropriate safe or transferred to an individual authorized to transport them in an appropriate locked bag whenever they are not in your personal custody.”

“Whenever possible, classified materials should remain at the White House complex…. If you need to receive classified materials while at your residence at NAVOBS or in Delaware, the military aides will bring the material to you and then wait to take the material back when you are finished so that it can be stored safely.

The second video in chellim1’s post above is infuriating to me, that such a pathetic scumbag and all-round POS was installed to pretend to be the potus!

Too bad FJB’s myriad and plentiful trips, slips, falls and stumbling/fumbling around on stage were not included.

To add to PASig’s point above, it is the M.O. of fed.gov to purposefully fuck things up so ‘they’ can create new agencies, laws and spend money to ‘fix’ things and all the while grab more power over We The People.

G-D EVERYONE to eternal hell that foisted the ruinous scourge of FJB upon our great nation!!

An excerpt of Jill Biden this weekend:
“We should give everyone grace, and I can't imagine someone would try to use our son's death to score political points," Jill Biden wrote in the email on Saturday.

Well Jill, maybe Joe should practice what you preach. Seems that any chance Joe gets he plays the Beau card. Pretty damn sad and shameful at the same time.

I still think a replacement is in the cards, some fashion. Yes, the ‘handlers’ are destroying the country.

Just thinking, how in hexx would Biden ever survive a real debate, with Trump or whoever?

I can see them trying to weasel out of any debate, keeping Brandon in the basement.

My guess is they will replace him at the Dem convention in August. Either that, or let him run but with a viable VP candidate, and then, replace him early in his second term, making the VP the POTUS.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. Imagine what must be going on behind the scenes in Biden World for a story to be floated that the open-border president is considering signing an executive order to be a game-changer on illegal immigration.

It's reported by Axios that the executive order "would dramatically stanch the record flow of migrants into the Southwest." Joe Biden is counting on the State of the Union Address to provide an opportunity for a reset moment.

Make no mistake about it - the Biden White House and the Biden re-election campaign are in a panic over the fallout from the Hur report. Biden's open southern border is a serious mark against his governing abilities. He knows what is happening yet he refuses to correct course and take the proven actions that secure the southern border.

Democrats know that if the race continues as it is now, Biden will lose to Trump in November. Polling is horrible for Biden. He has lost almost all of the demographics he needs to win. What to do, what to do?

How about really shaking things up and pretending to be concerned about the border crisis that has turned into a border catastrophe? Biden has to do something to show he is in control and able to make big decisions.
