Loans require tax reporting. While completely legal, private loans to family require interest be paid to the lender, and the lender must report it on their income tax. If the lender charges no interest, e.g. helping out a family member, the lender must still claim an imputed interest income on his taxes. So, let's see the tax returns where Joe reported these loans to his brother and paid tax on the interest he earned.

I noticed others have already posted this story. Here is a copy of the check https://www.breitbart.com/poli...s-mogul-joes-bagman/ Seemingly his entire life, Joe Biden’s brother James “Jim” Biden has benefitted from his brother’s political status. At various moments, he has been a campaign finance maven, a nightclub owner, and a hedge fund mastermind. Jim appears to be a man who wears many hats; but in actuality, he only wears one: Joe Biden’s brother. One place where James clearly leveraged his proximity to power for money was with Americore Health. Near the end of the Obama administration, James Biden joined Americore, which operated hospitals in several states. James Biden promised he could open doors and raise money from companies across the world, a including major Turkish conglomerate. But the promised investments never materialized. In December 2019, Americore declared bankruptcy. Weeks later, the FBI raided an Americore office in Pennsylvania as part of an investigation into “white collar crimes.” Politico reported in 2020 that Americore has been plagued with legal troubles due to mismanagement. Investors and partners in the company have sued over management, alleging false promises and the misappropriation of money. Most notably, James Biden is accused of fraudulently transferring funds from Americore “outside of the ordinary course of business.” Last week, House Oversight Committee Chair Rep. James Comer (R-KY) revealed that in 2018, James Biden sent the now-president Joe Biden a $200,000 payment. The same day , James had received a $200,000 wire transfer from Americore. “On March 1, 2018, Americore wired a $200,000 loan into James and Sara Biden’s personal bank account — not their business bank account,” Comer explained. “And then on the very same day, James Biden wrote a $200,000 check from this same personal bank account to Joe Biden.”

Listening to Joe Rogan talking to Coleman Hughes this morning. Apparently, the Biden Administration is beginning deportations of…Venezuelans. AFAIK, only Venezuelans. The cynical among us—like me, might think that they’re being targeted for deportation because they’re fleeing Communism and, like the Cubans, would likely vote Republican. There are a number of news stories out there, here are a couple links: AP article Politico If you search for Venezuelan deportations, you’ll find a large number of stories, I couldn’t find one putting forth the Republican voting theory, but that’s the way I’m taking this action. _______________________________________________________ despite them

Texas AG Sues Biden Administration For Cutting Razor Wire At Southern Border https://www.zerohedge.com/poli...wire-southern-border On Tuesday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R-Texas) filed a lawsuit against the Biden Administration over federal agents cutting away razor wire barriers that had been set up along the southern border by the state government. As Fox News reports, Paxton’s lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, targets the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP), accusing the federal agencies of interfering with state efforts to secure the border by actively cutting away the razor wire barriers that had been set up by the state of Texas. “By cutting Texas’s concertina wire, the federal government has not only illegally destroyed property owned by the State of Texas; it has also disrupted the State’s border security efforts, leaving gaps in Texas’s border barriers and damaging Texas’s ability to effectively deter illegal entry into its territory,” the lawsuit states. “Texas brings this lawsuit to end this ongoing, unlawful practice which undermines its border security efforts,” the suit continues. “This Court can and should enjoin the federal defendants from continuing to destroy and damage private property that is not theirs—without statutory authority and in violation of both state and federal law.” Due to the Biden Administration’s deliberate refusal to enforce federal immigration laws, the state of Texas has taken upon itself numerous measures to secure its southern border with Mexico. In addition to the razor wire installed in such locations as Eagle Pass, the state has also set up a massive wall of buoys along the Rio Grande River to deter illegal aliens from crossing the river. Last month, Governor Greg Abbott (R-Texas) posted a video showing Border Patrol agents cutting away a portion of razor wire, deliberately allowing through a crowd of illegals. Abbott subsequently had the ruined wire replaced. Federal officials have tried to justify such actions by claiming that illegal aliens can still be on American soil even if they are on the other side of such barriers, and that Border Patrol will still arrest them. When asked about the lawsuit, a DHS spokesman simply said “we do not comment on pending litigation.” _________________________ "Sometimes I wonder whether the world is being run by smart people who are putting us on or by imbeciles who really mean it." remember Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) ? On Wednesday afternoon it was announced that the Capitol Police had finished their investigation into Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) pulling the fire alarm late last month during as the House was voting to avert a government shutdown. The police referred it to prosecutors "for their consideration," and DC Attorney General Brian Schwalb is now charging him with a violation of the DC code, for which he must report to Capitol Police Headquarters by October 26. This gives him one day's notice to appear. https://townhall.com/tipsheet/...-fire-alarm-n2630377

https://hotair.com/headlines/2...e-fire-alarm-n587942 Bowman, a far-left “squad” member who smeared demonstrators at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, as “violent insurrectionists” whose “terrorist attack” warranted a federal crackdown, will pay a $1,000 fine and serve three months of probation. The fire alarm charge will then be “dismissed from his record under an agreement with prosecutors,” according to the Associated Press. [The judge also required Bowman to write a letter of apology to the fire department or face revocation of his probation and a six-month jail sentence. House Republican Byron Donalds scoffed at that requirement, and wondered why the courts were treating Bowman any differently than they treated the non-violent J6 intruders at the Capitol. The better analogy is why the pro-Hamas occupiers of the Cannon Building didn’t get the J6 treatment The disruption forced the occupants to evacuate for 90 minutes as lawmakers scrambled to avoid a government shutdown in September.

“A top Biden-appointed U.S. Attorney has confirmed he declined to prosecute Hunter Biden for tax crimes, bizarrely claiming he was 'resource-strapped' and didn't have enough lawyers to handle the case. DailyMail.com reviewed the transcript of a closed-door House Judiciary Committee interview with Martin Estrada, the U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California, which was conducted on Tuesday. Estrada detailed a phone call he had in October 2022 with David Weiss, the U.S. Attorney in Delaware, who is leading the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden's alleged gun and tax offences. During the call Weiss asked Estrada to partner with him on the Hunter Biden case - but he declined. When asked by congressional investigators why he did not pursue charges against the president's son, Estrada said that he was short-staffed. …” [ yeah, right. ] DailyMail article: https://mol.im/a/12677775 Serious about crackers

Speaking of evidence... if anyone really questioned exactly how firmly in control of this country the Democratic party is, you need look no further than this case. Perhaps if they had spent less time and effort on the overly aggressive prosecution of the Jan. 6 suspects, who in comparison had very little impact on the future of this country, they would have had sufficient resources to pursue the real threat to our nation and it's security. https://www.foxbusiness.com/ec...means-worst-yet-come With all the chaos and heartbreaking loss of life around the world today, few noticed the Treasury Department drop a financial bomb: The deficit for fiscal year 2023 was $1.7 trillion , growing 23 percent in a single year as the Treasury used $879 billion just to service the federal debt. But "Bidenomics" means the worst is yet to come, and multi-trillion-dollar deficits are the new normal. The impetus for these massive deficits is federal government spending , which tipped the scales at $6.1 trillion last year . Government receipts, meanwhile, were $4.4 trillion, woefully short of the $5 trillion previously forecasted. A slowing economy and counterproductive tax increases were key drivers behind the $457 billion drop in receipts from the prior fiscal year. Yet, even these reduced revenues would have resulted in a balanced budget if President Biden had simply allowed spending to return to its pre-pandemic level. Instead, Treasury outlays are up 38 percent today compared to pre-pandemic times. Elevated spending levels in 2020 should have been one-time emergency measures, but the Biden administration institutionalized $6-trillion budgets by simply replacing pandemic-era outlays with the Biden agenda. Even worse, the $1.7-trillion deficit in the last fiscal year was really a $2-trillion deficit. It was reduced only in a technical sense by $300 billion when the Supreme Court blocked Biden’s student loan handout scheme. The Treasury has merely reallocated that money to be spent in fiscal year 2024 because the Biden administration is hellbent on achieving its unconstitutional student loan bailout. In other words, the unfunded spending has merely been moved from one ledger column to another. Of that $300 billion, tens of billions have already been allocated to selective student loan bailouts, while the rest will fund a broader bailout beginning next summer, known as the SAVE repayment plan, an end-run around the Supreme Court’s ruling against the Biden administration. But just looking at the spending that is officially included in the last fiscal year is terrifying. It has resulted in a truly unprecedented level of federal debt: now more than $33.5 trillion. The breakneck pace of borrowing is increasing almost daily, with the Treasury borrowing $500 billion just in the first three weeks of the current fiscal year, which began Oct. 1. As the federal debt and interest rates rise, the cost of servicing the debt has completely exploded, eclipsing all but two line items of the Treasury’s report: the Social Security Administration and the Department of Health and Human Services. Interest payments even surpassed all military spending in the bloated Department of Defense budget by $103 billion. Despite this being an obviously unsustainable path, the Biden administration is doubling down, promising more government spending and multi-trillion-dollar deficits forever. Financial markets are beginning to wake up to the fact that the Treasury eventually won’t be able to pay its debts — and that day may arrive soon. Consequently, investors are demanding higher yields when lending money to the Treasury, which is increasing the cost to service the debt. As massive deficits continue growing the debt, gross interest outlays are exploding as new debt is issued at higher interest rates. The icing on the cake is that the Treasury doesn’t actually pay off debt when it matures. It simply issues new debt to pay off the old, along with the interest. Trillions of dollars in existing debt at low interest rates will roll over at rates two to three times as high within the next year. This all combines into a debt death spiral that will cost the Treasury — and therefore the taxpayer — over $1 trillion just in interest during the current fiscal year, which won’t reduce the debt by a penny. Nevertheless, the Treasury recently praised what should have been described as a horrific annual report as proof that "Bidenomics" is working, "building the economy from the middle out and bottom up." Have they not noticed that the middle has imploded, and the bottom has fallen out? Two-thirds of Americans disapprove of the economy today. Since Biden took office, the typical American family has effectively lost $7,300 in annual income. The monthly mortgage payment on a median price home has more than doubled. It will cost 25 percent more to heat your home this winter. Rents are at record highs. Americans are drowning in over $1 trillion of credit card debt. But while the family budget deteriorates to finance a burgeoning federal budget, the Treasury fiddles as the nation’s finances burn around it. We’re running out of time.
