The Iranians are still flying F-4, F-5 and F-14 aircraft. The K-ball the crap out of them, but have also managed to manufacture their own spares, and find other parts from the black market. Given China's abilities, the Taliban just might surprise folks on how well they can re-utilize our gear. And there are many good mechanics from various countries that can do the work, even if T. Ban has need. Never underestimate the ability of your enemy. Especially, if you think him weaker than you. That’s the chevron in Lee Vining. Halfway between nowhere and resume speed on 395 in the eastern side of the Sierra. The cost to transport gas there from a refinery has to be off the chart. Of course it’s also gotta be the special CA blend. So NV gas no good. It’s a solid hour minimum to any real town of any size. All those little towns along 395 have crazy gas prices even in “good” times. Actually surprised it’s not more. We’d go camping over the quite a bit. Always plan to fill up at the casino on Topaz lake at the CA/NV border. Well south of Carson City. No other gambling for a long while. So the gasoline is a loss leader to get you to stop.

Having watched my grandmother struggle with Alzheimer's and watching my mother try and shield her from any stresses she could because of the effect(s) they had on her, I wonder if that's exactly what we're seeing happen with Biden as his handlers try to hide him away rather than risk his mental condition completely deteriorating. ----------------------------- Guns are awesome because they shoot solid lead freedom. During their totally pathetic press conference today at the Pentagon, Defense Secreatary Lloyd Audstin and woke General Mark Milley admitted that Afghan pilots flews several US aircraft out of the country. They think they were flown to Uzbekistan or Tajikstan but they are not sure. They also have no idea how many were taken.
