Objectively Reasonable
| The majority of DOJ employees have little or nothing to do with actual investigations or law enforcement. Jessica might be a policy analyst at the Office of Tribal Justice, or in Contracting, or might be a fiscal specialist at a BOP Community Corrections office or something completely benign.
Still shows a lack of ability to "read the room." Although I occasionally surfed Sigforum from my government computer, I consciously did NOT want my employer knowing more about my recreational interests than necessary. |

SF was blocked when I was in the CG. There was a filter regarding guns. We talked to IT and they let us do gun stuff because of being gunners mates, and sig was the weapon of choice then.

Yes, in all likelihood, this is someone who didn't realize that all registrations are carefully screened and that the network from which they registered would be ascertained, because I imagine they would have to be awfully slow to not realize how very despised and distrusted is the DOJ by conservatives, and therefor, this is merely a matter of carelessness. As I've pointed out in this thread and times previous, since at least 9/11 every gun forum has a federal presence, and they wish to be invisible, so, invisible they shall be. |
