If an out of state person buys an item in the state of Wa. The person or Co. selling the item needs to collect the 8.1% sales tax even if the person is from a state that has no sales tax, correct?
But the person buying can apply to get 6-1/2 of the 8.1% back from Wa. St. I am told. Is that correct? Is that simple?
