Black92LXIf you are wondering Safariland’s plastic lasts about 18 years. Shout out to their CS folks!!
Coming up on 19 years and I have worn the same duty belt all these years.
Safariland Nylok is good stuff all the pouches have their Nylok front and the belt slides through a plastic loop on the back. This year (well technically 2024) I slowly lost each pouch as the plastic ended up just splitting.
Only thing left that has not split is the holster loop but it’s much thicker than the pouches. I am also on my 3rd holster as we switched retention a couple times and then pattern.
I have replaced them one by one as they broke. Unfortunately Safariland does not have a Nylok line but they bought/acquired Bianchi which matches the Safariland just fine.
But all the Safariland stuff was made in the US and the Bianchi stuff is made in Mexico so that is a bummer.
Well last week the buckle for the belt finally broke in the same fashion as all the other plastic.
This belt has been with me a long time and is pretty much molded to my waist. So I looked all over the Safariland site for just the buckle with no luck.
I shot Safariland an email asking where I could buy just a replacement buckle as I have no desire for a new belt.
Customer Service emailed me back today asking for my address and are sending one at no charge even though I offered to pay for the new one.

creslinLast March I got hit by a car while on my motorcycle.
I was open carrying a P320 in a Safariland holster.
Cosmetically the holster got super screwed up from the road rash.
Operationally it still worked like a champ.
I ordered a new replacement and then shot them an email with photos stating how pleased I was about the quality of their product.
They refunded me about 25% of the new holster cost.
