Yeah it is. Just delayed. Instead of focusing on the delay and complaining, I’d be happy if the eventual outcome. Of course we’d all like to see the process sped up. But a good thing happened. If it had been Illinois or NY it may not have happened. So let’s just focus on the good part, always focusing on the negative is bad for the blood pressure. 10 years to retirement!
