In OK, it only takes an NRA instructor course to teach the handgun license certification. I'm not knocking the NRA course, but having only sixteen of training to teach an eight-hour course seems a little off to me. Being perfectly frank, most of the "instructors" I see around here are exactly that ridiculous. | |||
