Fucking tool. It be a good idea to leave the area immediately upon seeing that clown waving the gun around. Also didn't know it was cool to shoot into ceilings. Jerk must've stapled a target up there.

My first reaction was to laugh, which I did until I realized how many of these goobers there are

In OK, it only takes an NRA instructor course to teach the handgun license certification. I'm not knocking the NRA course, but having only sixteen of training to teach an eight-hour course seems a little off to me.

Being perfectly frank, most of the "instructors" I see around here are exactly that ridiculous.
