Source - TMZ.com: Jan Michael Vincent dead at 74Apparently he died on 10 February 2019, in a North Carolina hospital. Cause of death was cardiac arrest.
I don't recall a thread about his passing.

The Mechanic opposite Charles Bronson.
He managed to fritter away a ton of money and acting opportunities due to a serious cocaine addiction.

casI'm surprised he lasted as long as he did and honestly assumed he'd already passed a long time ago. He had a few addiction issues and was a mess for a long time, it surely took it's toll on him (it certainly did his appearance and career).
