Well, it would appear they keep a small lot allocated for local LE.
So I picked mine up the other day and got to shoot it today.

WOW!!!! Is all I can say. I am blown away by the sound of this suppressor.

I ended up with the Rhodie 6k and used a Breek Arms low profile Plan B hub mount.
The rifle used is a 16” Aero Precision M4E1 (factory gun). I swapped to a Rearden Plan B three prong flash hider, and a Breek Arms War Hammer Charging handle.

5.56 55gr PMC Bronze for all rounds fired.

I compared it to my YHM Resonator K (.30 cal) converted to plan B using the same Breek hub mount.

I have no fancy microphone sound meters, decibel meter, just my two ears. There is no comparison, not even close.

No hearing protection.
I did 5 rounds slow and then 5 rounds at a solid rate of fire with the YHM then the same with the Ridgeback!

The YHM beats unsuppressed no doubt and does a good job. Would I be excited to shoot much with no hearing protection, no. There is still quite a bit of a high pitched crack at the gun.

The Ridgeback on the other hand, WOW. Ears not even phased much lower tone with the Ridgeback and that high pitched crack near the gun is gone.

Had a buddy with me and he was impressed.

I was shooting in a covered position with a metal roof and a metal wall to my left.

In my unscientific test, the Ridgeback is worth the extra cost. I look forward to getting a standard length for shorter barrels.
