| Too old to run, too mean to quit! |
As many here know my grandson is a member of the Special Forces. Throughout his service there he was blown up in an IED, and after recovering from that was shot in the face by an "insider". He is technically 100% disabled but refuses to let them retire him. He has been on a 3 year teaching assignment which we thought was pretty good (keep him in country). Well so much for that idea. He is on his way to Somalia as we speak. No idea why they grabbed him by name. I guess we will find out. Anyway, thoughts and prayers are more than welcome. I'm in Mog now, doing a fair bit of air ops support for various groups throughout the Horn. More than likely, he'll end up at Camp B-dog, which is getting to be nearly as big as Camp Lemonnier, meaning it's damn near civilized now.
