I got MAP'd (Navy Related)
Got the call yesterday. CTI1! Im usually pretty reserved but man it feels good. The push to Warrant continues!

Bragging a bit so i apologize but hell yeah!




Nine years to retirement! Just waiting!

E6 and Board Eligible can apply. I'm at 6.5 years, but need 12 minimum to apply. My thinking is I have 5.5 years to make CPO before my FIRST ability to apply so I'm hopeful and confident it happens.

Congratulations CTI1, just remember that your troops make your shop and your shop makes you, support them, have there back and train them the best you can. I also worked in ops dept. Retired PHC.

Seems like you could go LDO, not sure if it's still out there or you would want it. A Warrant CT would be indeed be a rare one though.

Regardless, congrats on E6.

Tests are, or were, in March and September. Sounds like you made PO1 through the Command Advancement Program where the CO can meritorious advance people?

If so, you're eligible to take the chief's exam in one year and, at the same cycle, apply for LDO (which may open more doors after you leave the Navy Wink)
