Are there no cleaning/care instructions in the owner's manual?

I have a stove top like the OP and mine says to use cerama-bryte. It’s very similar to Lemi-shine and barkeepers friend in that it’s an acid.

I use this at my workplace machine shop. Great for removing grease, oils, bluing dye, and permanent marker ink.
