Helluva ride. You'll find a good discussion about this fun opportunity in this thread from a few years ago. Alright pilots, who is up for a group buy for F104 flight time?

I was a member of Starfghters from 95-98.During the 96-97 period we were able to get two 104s flyable and certified Experimental/Demonstration. Two years of work paid off for me on my 56s birthday when I flew the 104 for the first time. Thanks to Rick and Tom for the memories. BTW, this is the best 104 video ever made. Have to admit I teared up a bit.

The plane in the video is registered as N991SF. According to FAA records, it's a TF-104G-M, made in 1969. It was made in Germany under license from Lockheed. https://registry.faa.gov/Aircr...lt?nNumberTxt=N991SF What is what on the instrument panel: https://theaviationist.com/spe...-versions-explained/
