^^^^^Yes, this.

If you/we get them, then two good things are achieved:

  • Hoplophobic money is wasted, thereby reducing the amount they have to spend on their "cause"

  • Propaganda is relegated to the garbage bin or target range, rather than being put into public use where it might capture the attention and loyalty of a half-wit who votes

    Thanks,

Yup, shootings with FAMAS carbines have really gotten out of hand recently.

And while we're at it, there oughta be a law against Barrett .50 cals. Even if the LV shooter didn't use one, he could have used one!

Do we have to sign the petition in order to get the "Free Shit"?

You probably do. You also have to provide Email, Name, and Address for them to send you some. BTW, I suspect that there will be a maximum limit, most likely 1 per "signature".

IMO the best way to handle these offers is to ignore them and if you see any of these stickers "in the wild" then slap an NRA sticker over it.

    I've stopped counting.

I tested it, no need to sign. Used one of my many junk email address and a bogus shipping address to see if it would go through. No problem.

I tried to order 10 of one and 10 of another stickers. They seem to cost $1.00 each, now. Am I doing it wrong?

I ordered some of these target stickers about an hour ago. They were free.

I just checked again, figuring to order some different types, just to make my target backboard more diversified. It seems that there is now a one dollar charge (shipping?). I did not complete the new order.

    Meh...

"Assault style weapons have been legal to buy in most states since the 1994 Federal Assault Weapons Ban expired in 2004. We are not advocating any retroactive prohibition. We, however, would like to see the purchase ban re-instituted on a Federal level. It is our opinion that these assault style weapons are too powerful and too dangerous to be offered for sale to the public." -Regulate Assault Weapons .org

If we order 1000's of these stickers, will the organization use that as evidence of support for their cause? They can claim that 1000's of supporters are putting these stickers on their stuff to show support for their cause. Could this be propaganda for them?

You know... they REALLY could have picked a better acronym for their organization than 'RAW'... just saying.

    To whom? Where?

On their website? Hell they can claim millions of supporters any time they feel like typing the words.
