Well, yeah but...aren’t the police blocking the road with their patrol cars? The general public is negatively impacted no matter what happens with these ANTIFA fucks. I still say right after frisking, the mask has to come off.

That’s true of a lot of states, including California. I have yet to see police hook demonstrators up for that offense alone. Most infamous example was Berkeley and the Yianopolos riot. UC-BPD just stood and watched when they could have broken it up early on the mask statute alone.
