Right in my neck of the woods. Great quotes by the hero. The NRA should hire this guy.

It's also a perfect example of not needing to fire in every situation. I know that there are those that claim you should never draw your pistol until committed to shoot. My very first CCW instructor more than 20 years ago was a retired MPD Sgt and called total BS on that theory.

He said you shouldn't draw until you have a justifiable threat, but you absolutely do NOT need to be committed to fire.

Yes, you may be charged with brandishing if a prosecutor has it in for you, but it's a heck of a lot easier to defend yourself against that than manslaughter.
