I walk to the La Jolla Whole Foods store on Nobel Drive most mornings. I haven’t seen any manzano bananas there recently. They do have the “baby bananas” (Dole brand) that are about the same size as manzano bananas, but I don’t think that they’re the real deal. I’ll ask a worker and report his reply.

Ah. I just found this on the web:

I tried finding a nursery selling the Manzano banana trees locally; so far no luck. I guess you can order them online.

Those would be great for morning pill taking.

The bigger nanners are too many calories for just pill taking.
