How do "sovereign citizens" make a living? Surely not at a normal job, where income and other taxes are withheld, and paid in $USD. That has got to stick in their craw.

I could not work under those conditions. I would have told him his notions about science are laughable stupidity and that he's in need of mental health care. As soon as I provided him with the proper policy and procedure, I'd have been done with him.

If he won't leave when asked multiple times he gets cuffed and stuffed and booked for criminal trespassing.
If he wants to play games he can get booked in as John Doe until he decides to ID himself or we get prints back.
They entertained his BS way too long.

USPS loses money because of what Congress mandates, so they loan USPS the money to pay for these mandates. USPS employees are not public servants.
