The last OG
In regards to the new TV show by that name, what does "OG" mean?

I found 50+ definitions for OG but have no idea which one is correct for the tv show.

Yep.

OG = "Original Gangsta'"

That is, an older, more experienced "gangsta", often from a prior generation. Sometimes also used as a term of respect to refer to a cooler/tougher thug who's not necessarily older.
