Like a lot of y’all I can’t sleep in dead silence. I used a box fan for years just for the hum. For the last year of so I’ve been turning it on YouTube to rain with a black screen and no ads. It isn’t totally black so I’ll throw a blanket over the TV to make sure I can’t see any light. It works well.

I've gone to sleep with the bedroom TV on for probably 40 years. Nothing in particular usually but the last few years it's on the Outlaw channel or Grit TV. The gunfire in the westerns makes for some interesting dreams.

I’ve been sleeping in moving semis a few times a week for 30 years.

I find the noise and motion comforting, potholes aside. I’ve come back from vacations to find myself sleeping better in the truck.

I considered looking for a trucking white noise track.

When I was working nights and sleeping during the day, I purchased a white noise machine to drown out the daytime noises in the house and help me sleep. It's basically just a fan in a little round box with adjustable vents so you can alter the pitch. I got so used to it that when I went to days and started sleeping at a normal time again, I kept using it.

We have one of those cheap Amazon machines and use it every night. We have it set on "ocean".

I fall asleep quickly and soundly noise or not. But odd as it might seem, a very soothing sound that lulls me is hearing my wife snoring! She works very hard and due to a lot of health issues doesn’t get much sleep, so when I hear that deep snore I know she is getting some rest, which makes me happy

I use a dresser top(desktop speakers with small subwoofer) system at home, on the road a bluetooth or laptop works fine.

I like to fall asleep to the Robert Miles Dreamland Album. I put it on super low so I can just barely hear it and I am out lickity split!
However I have super vivid dreams but sleep well.

I have used a ceiling fan for decades now. Can't sleep without the white noise from the wind off the blades. If the power goes out, I wake up instantly because the sound dies.
