ZSMICHAELBest eFax Service
Going to fiber in the office, but need a fax for documents. ATT can run a phone line or we can use something like eFax. Looking at affordability and reliabilty. Prefer not to change the phone number.
Thanks

HRKIf its for a business then RingCentral has a good deal on eFaxing, inbound/outbound, used it for several years, zero issues.
You also get a phone line in most plans so you could port the office line as well. Plans based on volume, eFax and Phone are about $30 a month.

Timdogg6I have been using myfax for 17 years with 0 issues. I mean 0 issues. Never a billing mess-up, never missed a fax, never had one not send.
We route it to an email address that all of the staff can see and access.

I was thinking this too. Why does it need to be fax and not just email documents? I did not realize people were still faxing.

ruger357Fax is still alive in the legal world. It’s annoying.

MyFax works by email. Your email becomes the cover sheet, and attachments are sent as the body. Received faxes come in an email.

sig2392It is going to depend on the cost of the phone line vs efax services.
It also depends on your fax volume and industry.
If you need HIPAA compliance or other security measures you are limited to certain efax services.
