The VIN’s of those vandalized cars will be somewhere in the reports, all public knowledge. And Carfax too. Hence, diminished value. If the victims filed an insurance claim and the insurance company knows for sure who did it, it’s been my experience they will go after them. So at least he will have multiple collections and judgements against him. My newest next door neighbor is a recent 2025 retired Hennepin county investigator. His specialty was financial crime sales and fraud. His stories will make your head explode. | |||
